Sports Premium

All our pupils will leave our school physically literate and with the knowledge, skills and motivation necessary to equip them for a healthy, active lifestyle and lifelong participation in physical and/or sport

Our objective is to achieve self sustaining improvement in the quality of physical activity and sport in our school against five key indicators.

  1. The engagement of all pupils in regular physical activity - kick starting healthy active lifestyles
  2. The profile of PE and sport being raised across the school as a tool for whole school improvement
  3. Increased confidence, knowledge and skills of all staff in teaching PE and sport
  4. A broader range of experience of a range of sports and activities offered to all pupils
All our teachers teach PE to their classes. To find out more about our PE curriculum, please see the curriculum tab.
Our PE lead, Mr Bridgeman organises half-termly competitive inter-house competitions, and we enjoy a highly competitive sports day.
Please see below for our Sport Premium report, outlining the expenditure of this funding and the impact it has had.
